The manager provided some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time. Corrected the order issue immediately, and then provided future replacement meals free of charge. From me being pissed off my food was wrong to them now gaining a loyal customer. 5/5 great job, I'll be back. ”

“ Start with our server Jen, an absolute gem and an oilers fan. We call her Jen the Gem. The Gyoza was slightly under seasoned but once we slathered it in the sauce it was really nice. Now let’s get to the French Dip, and let’s be real, no one EVER puts medium rare beef on a French dip, but Browns Socialhouse does, hell yeah they do, what an absolutely shocking delight. The fries too, good lord, double fried and cooked to perfection. The garlic aioli? Amazing too. The Diet Coke sucked, too watery. 1000% will be back here and there’s no doubt in my mind I will have a lovely meal. ”
“ It’s a bit loud in the restaurant but food and service is amazing. We had no reservation and walked in and seated right away. Prompt service. Our server Jenn was awesome. I ordered the blackened chicken cowboy salad with extra chicken breast. Was delicious. Will be coming back. ”
